Children are not eligible to use our services and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this service only in conjunction with your parents or guardians.

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Would You Believe? and A A A Costume has a NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE Policy. We guarantee all products to be new merchandise (unless otherwise stated) and free from manufacturers defects. If you are experiencing a problem with any product purchased, please contact us and we will, at our choice, repair, replace, or refund the cost of the product at our expense, please call first and obtain a return number. No returns maybe made, for any reason, without a Return Number first assigned and approved by Management.
Order, Pricing, and Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 72 hours. Most orders should arrive within two to three weeks of the date ordered. If an item is not available, it will not be backordered and will have to be re-ordered later.
Effective 4/15/06 – orders placed via phone may incur a $5.00 processing fee.
Customer is solely responsible for "need by date" declaration. www.wyb.com will do all in it's power to insure that product(s) arrive on the need by date, however if no date is given, www.wyb.com can not be held responsible if package arrives after date needed.
Quantity prices ARE AVAILABLE, please contact use if you need larger quantities.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
If a price has increased, you will be contacted. If a price has decreased, you will receive the item at the lower price. Most items are shipped UPS ground. Expedited shipment is available upon request for an additional charge. Orders over $75 are shipped free within the continental
unless otherwise stated. Orders under $75 and within the continental United States will be charged a $9 shipping and handling fee. Orders outside of the continental United States will be shipped via EXPRESS USPS unless UPS or FEDEX is requested. The cost of the shipment outside of the continental United States will be added to your order and does not include any import fees, duty taxes or other fees charged by the receiving country. All APO and FPO orders will be shipped United States Mail. U.S.
Any order to a P.O. Box will also be shipped
If a need date is supplied, you are authorizing us to do everything within our power to meet the date. This may cause us to request items be expressed shipped to us if we are out of stock and then in turn express ship them to you. The additional shipping costs will be added your total.
To ensure items are received by Halloween, orders received between October 22nd and October 26 will be shipped UPS 3 day (or FedEx 2nd day) guaranteed and you will be billed for shipping charges.
No Halloween orders will be processed after October 26th.
International orders as well as orders to Alaska , Hawaii, P.O. Boxes,
APOand FPO are shipped via USPS. Any International order that are requested to be shipped standard Airmail or and item(s) shipped to a Post Office Box, will be shipped in that manner, however, be advised, that www.wyb.com will be not be responsible for delivery, tracking or replacement of those orders as there is no tracking availability.
The optimum time to order products would be on our first day of business, which is Tuesday, before 12 PS/DT. If possible, please plan ahead, we try our very best to get things shipped within a 48 hour period, but due to circumstances beyond our control (UPS, Weather, Manufacturer delay, ect.) we are sometimes unable to meet this criteria. WYB? strives to maintain the highest customer satisfaction.
WYB? is unable to ship merchandise on Saturday and Sunday.
If there is a payment problem with any order (i.e. Credit Card number invalid, declined, incorrect expiration date, ect.) we will contact the customer via E-mail, the customer will then have three business days to respond. www.wyb.com is not responsible for delays in shipping when problems with payment occur.
If no response has been attempted the order will then be canceled.
If the customer chooses to contact WYB? after the three days, every attempt will be made to retrieve the order, however, the shipping time will be affected.

Effective as of 3/1/02, Card Holders who dispute credit card charges and the charge is found to be valid and legal accepts the responsibility of charge back fees totaling $50.00 per dispute.
Card holders agree to pay, via the charge card used in purchase of merchandise, this charge after said dispute has been resolved.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, & American Express cards through our secure server. We also will accept money orders / cashiers checks from individuals.
We will honor checks ONLY from public institutions (schools, cities, etc.).
Personal Checks mailed to www.wyb.com will be returned to client.
We are unable to accept purchase orders at this time.
If there should be a problem with a credit card number, the customer will be contacted via E-mail and requested to submit either the card number once again or another card number will be requested. The customer has 72 hours to respond, if, after that time no response has been given, the order will be canceled. Any order placed via our Shopping Cart or Secured Order Form using a Money Order/Cashier Check as payment form will be held for 30 days, if payment was not received in those 30 days order will then be canceled and you will need to re-order the items desired.
Required Ordering Information
In order to expedite your order please include the following: Name, mailing address, Phone number, and e-mail address. We will also need to know if we are shipping to a residence or business location.
*PRE-PAID ORDERS not ordered by credit card will not be shipped until payment is received. Please write your e-mail address on your money order. Foreign mail-in orders should be paid by money order or Cashiers Check in U.S. dollars.
