Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Would You Believe? and A A A Costume has a NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE Policy. We guarantee all products to be new merchandise (unless otherwise stated) and free from manufacturers defects. If you are experiencing a problem with any product purchased, please contact us and we will, at our choice, repair, replace, or refund the cost of the product at our expense.

Order, Pricing, and Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 72 hours. If an item is not available, it will not be backordered and will have to be re-ordered later. Quanity prices ARE AVAILABLE, please contact use if you need larger quanities. All prices are subject to change without notice. If a price has increased, you will be contacted. If a price has decreased, you will receive the item at the lower price. All items are shipped UPS ground. Expedited shipment is available upon request for an additional charge. Orders over $25 are shipped free within the continental United States unless otherwise stated. Orders under $25 and within the continental United States will be charged a $5 shipping and handling fee. Orders outside of the continental United States will be shipped the by most economical means unless otherwise requested. The cost of the shipment outside of the continental United States will be added to your order and does not include any import fees, duty taxes or other fees charged by the recieving country.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Americian Express and Discover cards through our secure server. We also will accept money orders / cashiers checks from individuals. We will honor checks ONLY from public institutions (schools, cities, etc.). We are unable to accept purchase orders at this time.

Required Ordering Information

In order to expedite your order please include the following: Name, mailing address (we ship UPS and are unable to ship to a PO Box), Phone number, and e-mail address. We will also need to know if we are shipping to a residence or business location.

*PRE-PAID ORDERS not ordered by credit card will not be shipped until payment is received. Please write your e-mail address on your money order. Foreign mail-in orders should be paid by money order or Chasiers Check in U.S. dollars.
