FINAL SEAL

FINAL SEAL provides a waterproof finish that remains intact for hours with little
touch-up.  Also doubles as a durable mixing agent for LUMIERE GRANDE COLOUR and LUXE POWDERS, FINAL SEAL is also an excellent as a liquid paint thinner, especially for air brush applications.  Removes easily with oil-free HYDRA CLEANSE.
